Job summary

TPI Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to join our morning team at locations across Minnesota. You will create a friendly and welcoming experience for guests by preparing and serving breakfast items, greeting guests, and keeping the breakfast area clean and organized.

This role requires an energetic, customer-focused attitude, the ability to work early mornings, and the stamina to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Energetic and customer-focused personality.
Ability to work early morning shifts and flexible hours.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established standards.
Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area.
Refill buffet items and ensure food stations are well-stocked.
Monitor and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with setup and breakdown of breakfast service area as needed.
Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
