Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to assist in all areas of customer service and breakfast operations, including inventory, service, and sanitation. The role requires cross-training in cook, line server, and general utility tasks to ensure high levels of service.

The position supports day-to-day breakfast operations at our guest-focused facilities in the United States. Candidates should be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, with the ability to work

Qualifications

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
• Ability to interpret menus and recipes, and follow directions.
• Good visual and communication skills.
• Ability to record information to the culinary production sheets.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards in the industry.
• Willing to be cross-trained in other areas of the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers and cook foods requiring short preparation times, according to customer requirements.
• Perform food preparation tasks, such as making sandwiches, carving meats, making soups or salads, baking breads or desserts, and brewing coffee or tea.
• Set up, restock, and break down of food prep equipment, work areas, and counters or tables.
• Restock kitchen supplies and rotate food.
• Maintain a clean and orderly station and kitchen area with various supplies and products.
• May be assigned to other duties by the Manager on duty.
