Home2 Suites by Hilton West Sacramento is seeking a Breakfast Attendant in the Food & Beverage department. You will prepare, stock, and maintain the complimentary breakfast area while delivering friendly, attentive service to guests.

Responsibilities include keeping the breakfast area clean, rotating food items for freshness, monitoring temperatures, and assisting with inventory and guest requests. A flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous food service or hotel experience preferred, not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
• Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Must have exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
• Must complete CA Food handlers Card training provided upon hire

• Keep stock organized; restock supplies as needed
• Maintain knowledge of food allergens and assist guests accordingly
• Break down and clean the breakfast area at the end of service
• Assist with inventory and ordering as needed
• Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines
• Report equipment or supply issues to management
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Communicates with any guest needs to Operations Manager and or General Manager
• Completes side work during non-busy hours
• Reports to as scheduled, in uniform, and ready to be in position which includes uniform to be pressed and cleaned, name tag worn, and excellent hygiene
• Follow up with guest requests/complaints

Job Summary
