Job summary

A hospitality employer in the United States is actively seeking a Breakfast Attendant to prepare food for the buffet line, serve guests, and maintain a clean serving area. The role requires weekend and holiday availability and reports to the Manager on Duty/General Manager.

• Prepare food for service per brand standards.
• Keep serving line clean and neat at all times.
• Breakdown serving line at end of shift for next shift.

Breakfast Attendant prepares food for buffet line and serves guests. Physical Requirements include lifting a minimum of 30 lbs., walking and standing for eight hour shifts. Reports to Manager on Duty/General Manager.

Job Duties to Include, but not limited to:

• Set up line for opening.
• Responsibility to understand serving portions as instructed.
• Serve and assist customers in a pleasant and courteous manner at all times.
• Prepare food for service as designated by brands standards.
• Keep serving line clean and neat at all times
• At end of shift, clean and break down serving line as instructed, for next shift.
