The role requires early morning shifts, strong organization, and good communication. This part-time position is on-site and offers a practical schedule with opportunities to engage with guests and report issues to management as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for food service set up and break down.
• Cleaning all equipment and areas.
• Prepare breakfast items and set out hot and cold foods following food safety regulations.
• Replenish all food and beverage items during the meal period.
• Keep all items fully stocked.
• Ensure all foods are kept at safe temperatures.
• Keep all tables bused and cleaned.
• Greet guests as they arrive for breakfast and build a friendly rapport.
• Create a warm and welcoming experience for guests.
• Report any complaints or issues to management for resolution.
• Continually walking and standing in a fast-paced environment.

The brand newHome2 Suites by Hilton in Queensbury, NYis currently seeking a dynamic, friendly and motivated individual for the position of Breakfast Attendant. The position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent organization, communication skills, and detail orientation.

The Breakfast Attendant will oversee the breakfast area for our guests, prepare food and beverage for breakfast function, maintain a clean kitchen and dining area, interact with guests, ask about their stay and be able to answer questions about the hotel and the area.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for food service set up and break down
• Cleaning all equipment and areas
• Prepare breakfast food and beverage items and set out all hot and cold food items following food safety regulations
• Replenish all food and beverage items during the meal period
• Keep all items fully stocked
• Ensure all foods are kept at safe temperatures
• Keep all tables bused and cleaned
• Greet each guest as they arrive for breakfast and build a friendly rapport
• Creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests
• Solving problems when able and reporting any complaints or issues immediately to management for resolution
• Continually walking and standing in a fast paced environment

Qualifications:

• Friendly and dynamic individual and loves working with people
• Previous hotel or food service experience strongly preferred, but not required
• High school degree or equivalent required
• Early morning, weekend, and holiday availability
• Must be able to work between the hours of 5:30am – 11am
