Fairfield Inn Hooksett in Hooksett, NH is seeking a friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. This full-time role involves setting up the breakfast buffet, greeting guests, and ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, customer service focused Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Fairfield Inn Hooksett. This is a Full Time position located in Hooksett, NH. T his role requires individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to upholding our high standards of guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and service.

A breakfast attendant is the first person many guests will see in the morning as they wake up to start their important day. You will set up the breakfast buffet and the coffee station in the hotel.

• Greet guests and start their morning off on the right foot
• Clear, clean and sanitize tables
• Follow proper food safety guidelines
• Help guests with any special requests/allergy information
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Possess good communication and organizational skills
• High school education or equivalent experience
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. limited/Pushing up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to work independently
• Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
• Hours required: Full Time 35 Hours shift; Morning (AM); Must be flexible scheduled days and times may vary based on need
• Love people, morning person, sense of urgency, reliable

Additional Preferred Skills/Qualities

• Previous customer facing experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Second language is a plus
