Fairfield Inn & Suites Sevierville Kodak is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to warmly greet guests, prepare and maintain the breakfast area, and ensure a clean, inviting space in a fast-paced hotel environment.

This role emphasizes friendly service, attention to detail, and adherence to food safety standards while supporting a positive guest experience during early shifts. Previous restaurant or hotel exposure is a plus, with benefits and travel discounts offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Restaurant experience a plus
• Hotel experience highly preferred
• Guest service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure
• Team player who can also work independently
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and follow all food safety policies
• Flexible, adaptable, and dependable

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Set up, maintain, and monitor the breakfast area
• Clean and sanitize all breakfast room surfaces and guest areas
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and help resolve issues
• Maintain knowledge of the rotating breakfast menu
• Follow all health, safety, and food-handling standards
• Deliver consistent, excellent guest service
