Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Breakfast Attendant in Florida to warmly greet guests and serve breakfast items with efficiency. The position requires maintaining a clean, inviting breakfast area, restocking supplies, and assisting with kitchen tasks as needed.

You will interact with guests, help with inventory, and ensure all safety and food-handling standards are followed. This role supports our 24/7 operations and team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Food Handler’s Certification (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Restaurant experience (1 year preferred)
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast area according to brand standards.
• Take inventory of food, beverages and supplies; assist in ordering.
• Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, hot items, coffee and juices.
• Set up serving dishes and utensils; restock items during breakfast hours.
• Clear and clean tables; wipe spills; wash glassware and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area and kitchen counters, floors and shelves.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to guests and maintain a welcoming lounge area.
