A hotel management company is seeking a Breakfast Attendant for the Hilton Harrisburg in Harrisburg, PA. You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and organizing the buffet before, during, and after service times. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of food and beverage service, great communication skills in English, and a high school diploma. Preferred experience in a restaurant setting is also advantageous. This position offers a competitive hourly wage along with various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and guest relations.
• Ability to remember, recite, and promote the variety of sideboard items.
• Ability to read, speak and understand the English language in order to communicate with guests.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and organize the buffet.
• Keep all food looking fresh and full.
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas at all times.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and side work.
• Assist servers and other departments as needed.
