Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to join our team. You will work with the food and beverage team during the early hours to greet guests, respond to requests, and ensure a smooth breakfast service.

You will maintain a clean breakfast area, follow the 'clean as you go' policy, and contribute to a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. A valid Food Handlers Certificate is preferred and transportation is required as stated.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Certified Food Handler certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide courteous, efficient service during breakfast hours.
• Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area and follow the 'clean as you go' process.
• Work as part of a dynamic food & beverage team in a fast-paced environment.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing Each Day

As our Breakfast Attendant, you will be working with our food & beverage team to provide courteous and efficient service during the earliest hours of our guests' stay. You will greet our guests, respond to guest requests and complaints in a friendly manner, and go out of your way to ensure guest satisfaction. You will maintain a clean and organized breakfast and surrounding area, and you understand the "clean as you go" process. You will work as part of a dynamic team in a busy, fast paced, environment.

You are self-motivated with a keen attention to detail, have a valid Food Handlers Certificate, and can follow instructions as directed. We seek to find a friendly, personable and dedicated associate to work with the best! You understand the importance that exceptional customer service keeps our guests returning and you strive to be a part of the success.

Please note that our hotel is not located on a bus route - therefore you must have your own transportation. This position is 5:30 am to 10:30 am Monday to Friday and 6 am to 11 am on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
