Ivy Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to ensure a positive guest experience during breakfast service by preparing and presenting food in a clean and organized environment, providing exceptional service, and maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations and standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health regulations related to food service and sanitation standards.
• Stand and perform tasks for up to 8 hours; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must maintain a neat, clean appearance and follow company sanitation standards.
• Food handler's permit required if mandated by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of breakfast items according to standard recipes.
• Greet guests with a warm, friendly smile and positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, including tables and stations, following health codes.
• Ensure food items are available and replenished during breakfast service.
• Monitor and inspect deliveries for portion control and quality.
• Adhere to sanitation laws and safety standards in the kitchen area.
• Inspect outlets for storage, cleanliness and inventory rotation.
• Assist with daily/weekly/monthly inventory to ensure stock and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
