This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working early mornings, weekends, and holidays. You will keep the area clean, restock supplies, and assist guests and management as needed.

• Monitor food levels and replenish items promptly to ensure a continuous and fresh supply for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, chairs, serving stations, and floors.
• Greet guests warmly and offer assistance with any breakfast-related needs or questions.
• Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Operate and clean breakfast equipment such as coffee machines, toasters, and waffle makers.
• Stock and maintain inventory of breakfast supplies, communicating needs to management.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth hotel operations.
