Kolter Hospitality is hiring a Kitchen Aide to support daily kitchen operations in West Palm Beach. The role focuses on efficient food preparation, safe handling, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

The Kitchen Aide will assist with prep, inventory, and stock management, ensuring FIFO usage and adherence to safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Follow recipes to control production and maintain consistency and freshness.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment following daily sanitation checklists.
• Follow all safety procedures while working.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items in an efficient and timely manner adhering to proper food handling techniques and standards.
• Ensure efficient flow of food dishes with emphasis on portion control, quality, presentation, and temperature control.
• Break down and store all leftovers, in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain all perishables at the proper temperature.
• Assist in prep work as required for the next shift.
• Assist with inventory and production charts.
• Put away stock when necessary, using FIFO (first in, first out).
• Report any equipment or items in need of repair.
• Follow all safety procedures while working.
