Job Summary
We are seeking a Breakfast Attendant to join our team! As a Breakfast Attendant, you will ultimately be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, checking them in and out, verifying their identity, and processing sales transactions. You will also need to assist in answering questions about the company, maintain a clean and organized environment, stock products as required, and work closely with other members of the team to ultimately give guests a great experience. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and is comfortable standing or walking for long periods of time.
Responsibilities
Greet guests and verify their identity and membership status
Prepare and work breakfast
Be a friendly, welcoming face for new and existing members, often answering questions about products and services
Maintain a clean, neat work environment
Be an early risers- shifts start at 5am
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience desired
Attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
