Holiday Inn Express and Suites is seeking a Breakfast Attendant/Host to coordinate the breakfast service and maintain a clean, stocked breakfast area while delivering excellent guest service. You will interact with guests warmly and ensure food is prepared and presented safely each morning.

The position runs Monday through Sunday mornings from 5:00am to 11:30am, offering full-time hours with shifts finishing before noon, ideal for morning-oriented candidates seeking consistent hours.

• Ensure proper food temperatures before, during, and after serving; in storage

TheBreakfast Attendant/Hostis responsible for coordinating the breakfast service and maintaining a cleaned and stocked breakfast area. This person must deliver excellent customer service while interacting with guests.

Hours: Monday - Sunday mornings - 5:00am to 11:30am. This is a great opportunity for a morning person who is looking for full-time hours and enjoys finishing their shift before noon!

Essential Functions:

• Welcomes and thanks all guest for their patronage.
• Set up breakfast stations.
• Maintain appropriate quantity of food and beverage at hot, cold and beverage stations during breakfast hours.
• Keep area clean and stocked.
• Interact with guests pleasantly during shift.
• Put away breakfast at the end of the shift.
• Cleaning of kitchen and breakfast area at the end of the shift.
• Performs routine daily tasks as set forth in the daily checklist.
• Knowledge on facilities and amenities associated with the hotel.
• Communicate with guest and employees both verbally and in writing.
• Food items to be dated as required by the local health agencies and brand standards
• Ensure proper temperature of food items at all times before it’s ready to be served, while it’s served and while it’s stored in fridge / freezer
• Knowledge of proper food storage (freezer / refrigerator – placement of each items)
