Job summary

Hilton-Home2-Suites in Springfield, OH is looking for a Breakfast Attendant/Host to coordinate the breakfast service and keep the area clean and stocked. You will deliver excellent customer service while engaging with guests during morning hours.

Hours are Monday through Sunday mornings, 5:00am to 11:30am; this full-time role is ideal for a morning person who finishes before noon. Watch for daily tasks, food safety, and friendly guest interactions throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and thanks all guest for their patronage.
• Set up breakfast stations.
• Maintain appropriate quantity of food and beverage at hot, cold and beverage stations during breakfast hours.
• Keep area clean and stocked.
• Interact with guests pleasantly during shift.
• Put away breakfast at the end of the shift.
• Cleaning of kitchen and breakfast area at the end of the shift.
• Performs routine daily tasks as set forth in the daily checklist.
• Knowledge on facilities and amenities associated with the hotel.
• Communicate with guest and employees both verbally and in writing.
• Food items to be dated as required by the local health agencies and brand standards
• Ensure proper temperature of food items at all times before it's ready to be served, while it's served and while it's stored in fridge / freezer
• Knowledge of proper food storage (freezer / refrigerator – placement of each items)

You must be able to stand for minimum 7 hours

You must be able to push/pull/lift up to 25 lbs.
