Job summary

O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC is hiring a Breakfast Attendant at Homewood Suites Springfield in Springfield, MO. The role focuses on delivering hot breakfast, maintaining a clean buffet and guest area, and providing outstanding service. Flexible hours include mornings with weekends and holidays as needed.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and preferred restaurant or customer service experience. Training will cover safety guidelines and guest-relations excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest service, fulfilling requests and anticipating needs.
• Clear tables and clean/sanitize work areas, including countertops, utensils, equipment, and floors.
• Conduct inventory of food items, stock supplies, and assist with product storage.
• Follow state, county, and company health and safety regulations.
• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in uniform.

• Prepare and serve hot breakfast for guests, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Hours:

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Light Work: Exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently. Requires significant walking or standing.
• May occasionally lift in excess of 40 pounds.

Physical Activity:

• Activities include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and repetitive motion.

Environmental Conditions:

• Primarily inside with protection from weather but not necessarily temperature changes.
