Job Summary: The Breakfast Attendant/General Cleaners, as a team, assists with operation of continental breakfast area along with the upkeep and cleaning of all public areas of the hotel. They will Interact professionally, effectively, and in a friendly manner with all guests. Helps maintain the high quality standards of the hotel’s continental breakfast. The shift available is full time 4am-12pm, Tuesday through Saturday with Sundays and Mondays as days off.

Responsibilities
Provides highest quality service to the guest at all times, providing a relaxed and fun environment for our guests.
Responds appropriately to any requests or concerns.
Follows all safe food handling procedures.
Knowledgeable of all continental breakfast core items.
Maintains breakfast area in a clean, functional manner.
Informs management of all guest-related problems and any shortages of core items.
Knowledgeable of safety and security measures of the hotel.
Must be able to work very early morning shifts
Maintains a clean lobby and breakfast area and includes all public areas of the hotel to include the pool area.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be able to pass certification from health department if required.
- Experience: Prior food handling experience preferred.
- Specific job knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Communicate effectively with other employees and guests.
- Follow instructions as directed.
- Ability to read, write and understand basic English.
- Ability to learn and apply safe food handling practices.
- Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs. frequently.
- Ability to lift, bend, crouch/stoop, climb, stand, reach, twist, and push and pull equipment.
- Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance, wearing supplied uniform
