Job summary

Sleep Inn @ North Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a breakfast attendant to join our team. The shift begins around 4 am; you will prep food, clean, restock, and warmly greet guests during your shift.

When breakfast ends, ensure cleaning is complete and waste is disposed of properly. We value friendly, upbeat team players who can maintain brand standards, support breakfast operations, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Role often involves teamwork with you acting as a team leader.
• Basic computational ability required.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of daily house count, in-house groups, and features/services.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work to improve guest satisfaction.
• Greet and acknowledge arriving guests.
• Assist guests to ensure a pleasant experience.
• Promote and educate guests on breakfast options per brand standards.

• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Greet and acknowledge all arriving guests.
• Be aware of guests’ needs; assist in providing a pleasant experience.
• Promote and educate guests on all breakfast options available per brand standards.
