Fairfield Inn Rancho Cordova is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to manage breakfast preparation, setup, and maintain a clean service area. The role includes stocking supplies, assisting with meeting room setups for events, and ensuring food safety standards are met throughout service hours.

SUMMARY:Responsible for the food preparation and set-up of the breakfast, cleanliness of the food and beverage areas and assisting in the setting-up and cleaning for special guest functions.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Assist with and/or place the breakfast food orderTurn in all delivery invoices to GM or check and audit all receivables against delivery slip.Prepare and set-up breakfast foodsConduct regular inventories of food and paper or hard goods used at breakfastMaintain the stock of breakfast foods and supplies during breakfast serviceMaintain the cleanliness of the breakfast area, mop/sweep floors, wipe-down counter tops and equipment etc. during and after breakfast hoursMaintain company standards by recording food temperatures and follow codes set by the health departmentComplete food safety certificationAssist in the setting up of meeting rooms and banquets as needed.
