Home2 Suites Beavercreek is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to greet guests, clear and reset tables, restock stations, and maintain a clean dining area in line with brand standards.
The role requires friendliness, teamwork, and a proactive approach, with the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will assist servers/bartenders and participate in opening/closing side worksheets as assigned.

Purpose of the Position:
Our guests are our most important asset. Involvement, teamwork, and commitment are the values that govern our work. This position assists the servers/bartenders and provides assistance in the restaurant by ensuring that all tables are cleared, cleaned and reset for arriving guests. This role requires you to adhere to the hotel and brand standards. You will also be required to be friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional, always offering our guest a high level of satisfaction.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Greets and welcomes guests with a smile at the tables, may bring water/bread, etc. to table and other items as requested in a prompt manner.
2. Removes all dirty dishes, silverware and glassware in the dining room and delivers to the dish washing area in the kitchen.
3. Restocks service stations and other areas of restaurant with necessary supplies, i.e., clean dishes, glassware, silverware, ice, etc.
4. Responsible for setting up tables with china, glass and silver that is always clean, polished and free of visible wear and tear.
5. Responsible for ensuring that the restaurant floor is clean and free of spills.
6. May need to run food in busy times.
7. Complete opening and closing side worksheets assigned by management for
each shift.
8. Declares tips according to IRS standards.
9. Communicate with guests, supervisors, co-workers in a courteous manner at all times.
10. Honors all guest requests—to go out of our way to accommodate our customer’s special needs remembering that “No” is never the answer to our guests’ request.

1. Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
2. Communicate effectively with guests and co workers, i.e., provide information, answer questions, etc.
3. Stand and/or walk for varying lengths of time, often long periods.
4. Must be able to lift fifty (50) pound.
5. Requires manual dexterity.
6. Work in an environment that is noisy, demanding and physical with fluctuating adverse temperatures.
7. Frequent reaching, twisting, bending, stooping, walking, standing, handling, and smiling.
