Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established standards and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
• Replenish food and beverage stations to ensure availability throughout service hours.
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and assist with special dietary requests as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of breakfast service area.
