Join us as a Breakfast Attendant at Residence Inn Kansas City Olathe

Prepare breakfast for hotel guests while greeting and serving them in a friendly manner, adhering to brand, hotel, and sustainability standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Transport food, dishes, trays, or silverware from pantry to serving areas.
• Set up attractive food displays and maintain cleanliness to ensure food safety.
• Clean tables and seats with damp cloths.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes, and carry them to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Clean up spills and broken dishes, and remove trash.
• Maintain supplies such as glassware, dishes, and trays.
• Refill beverage and ice dispensers.
• Stock condiments and provide items requested by guests.
• Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, and equipment in the pantry or breakfast area; mop or vacuum floors.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work towards improving guest experience.
• Follow sustainability practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits and use safety equipment.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food sanitation certification is a plus and required within 90 days of employment.
• Previous food and beverage experience or equivalent training preferred.
