Job Description

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a quality experience with a friendly attitude. The role involves managing the guest experience before, during, and after dining in our café.

Job Requirements
  1. Complete all brand-required training
  2. Complete all safety and health training
  3. Provide personalized service to guests
  4. Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs
  5. Prepare food and beverages according to recipes
  6. Follow all food safety guidelines
  7. Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
  8. Respond promptly to guest requests and follow up for satisfaction
  9. Maintain attendance, punctuality, and adherence to work schedules
  10. Maintain high standards of appearance and grooming
  11. Oversee food, beverage, and catering services
  12. Assist the GM with recruitment, training, scheduling, and employee relations
  13. Enforce company policies and health codes
  14. Control costs by managing food and labor expenses
  15. Set up and maintain the breakfast bar
  16. Manage inventory and supplies daily
  17. Prepare food items such as fruits, coffee, and juices
  18. Set up serving dishes and utensils
  19. Clear and clean tables and service areas
  20. Restock supplies and clean equipment
  21. Perform cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting
  22. Inspect for safety hazards and report issues
  23. Perform other duties as assigned
