Job Description

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service in the breakfast area and beyond. This includes providing quality products with a friendly attitude, promoting brand standards, and ensuring a positive guest experience before, during, and after dining.

Job Requirements

1. Complete all brand-required training and safety & health courses.
2. Provide personalized service and communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs.
3. Prepare food and beverages according to recipes and food safety standards.
4. Maintain inventory, restock supplies, and manage food safety compliance.
5. Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure satisfaction.
6. Maintain punctuality, personal grooming, and adherence to dress code.
7. Oversee food and beverage operations, including quality, production, and catering.
8. Assist the General Manager with recruitment, training, scheduling, and employee relations.
9. Enforce company policies and health codes.
10. Control costs by managing food waste, payroll, and inventory.
11. Set up and maintain breakfast presentation, including food preparation and setup.
12. Perform cleaning duties, including floor care and equipment sanitation.
13. Inspect areas for safety and report maintenance issues.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
