About the Company

True North Hotel Group, an award-winning management and development company, is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to join our team at the Residence Inn in Lebanon, NH. We offer excellent benefits and a supportive family culture.

Responsibilities

1. Set up breakfast area, dining room, and kitchen for operation in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Maintain, set up, and break down breakfast area, dining room, and kitchen.
3. Perform cleaning duties daily, weekly, and monthly as assigned.
4. Ensure accurate food order deliveries, maintain FIFO inventory, and proper labeling.
5. Maintain food logs, temperature logs, and other required documentation.
6. Assist guests with requests and complaints as needed.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Experience in hospitality preferred.
3. Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
4. Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending and twisting.
5. Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
6. Certifications such as TIPS, ServSafe, and health department training per local codes.
7. Experience in hospitality is a plus.
