Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of the Food & Beverage Attendant is to provide guests with an excellent dining experience while assisting in the presentation of the complimentary breakfast/evening reception.

Work Performed

The Food & Beverage Attendant will be responsible for duties including sanitizing work areas, presenting breakfast/evening reception, providing high-level customer service, performing duties of bartender, busser, cook, or server as needed, knowledge of menus, ensuring proper food storage, working as a team, facilitating shift changes, observing health guidelines, following safety policies, and other related tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and food service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications or willingness to obtain within 60 days
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs regularly
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for long periods
• Flexible to work days, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
