Responsibilities

• Set up breakfast area, dining room, and kitchen for operation in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain and break down breakfast area, dining room, and kitchen.
• Perform cleaning duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Ensure accurate food order delivery and proper inventory management.
• Maintain food logs, temperature logs, and other documentation.
• Assist guests with requests and complaints.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in hospitality preferred.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods.
• Required certifications such as TIPS, ServSafe, and health department training.
