Job summary

Drury Hotels in Grand Rapids is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to prepare, serve, and keep our free hot breakfasts welcoming. You will create a warm, efficient dining area and help ensure guests have a smooth start to their day.

You will handle food safety, inventory, and supplies, greet guests with a friendly attitude, and contribute to a positive, team‑oriented hotel environment with flexible scheduling and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and breakfast hours.
• Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests and creating a happy atmosphere.
• Ability to speak and receive direction in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve, and clean up our free hot breakfasts.
• Create a warm, comfortable, relaxing environment.
• Ensure food safety standards are met and appropriate levels of inventory and supplies are maintained.
• See to it that the breakfast and lobby area are clean and well organized.
