Duties and Expectations
- Guest Relations: Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile.
- Name Use: Use the guests' names whenever possible, ensuring they feel properly welcomed.
- Guest Satisfaction: All Team Members work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores.
- Recovery: Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and a sense of urgency.
- Hotel Knowledge: Strong knowledge of all features of the hotel facility and amenities.
- Events: Awareness and support for all groups and events at the hotel.
- Technology: Understanding of relevant technology for each role.
- Phone Etiquette: Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting.
- Spotless Cleanliness: Keep all areas, both front and back of the house, clean and well-organized.
- Pitching In: Cleanliness is a team effort! Everyone may expect to pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed.
- Hospitality While Cleaning: Greet every guest happily with a smile, by name if possible, while cleaning.
- Product Consistency & Quality: Complete checklists accurately and on time; provide accurate shift handover reports; wear a clean, approved uniform, be well-groomed, wear a nametag, and smile at all times.
- Teamwork: Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally; have a can-do attitude; collaborate to create a welcoming environment.
SECTION TWO: Breakfast Attendant, Role Specific Duties and Expectations
Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Clear and sanitize breakfast room tables after each guest departure.
- Set up breakfast buffet area according to hotel or brand standards each morning.
- Fully clean the kitchen following the daily checklist after breakfast.
- Follow all food safety measures daily according to local health codes and standards.
- Keep the buffet area well-stocked and clean until the end of breakfast service.

SECTION FOUR: Qualifications & Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, service, franchise, or related field preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
- Ability to handle pace and pressure effectively.
- Effective listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Desire to serve all guests.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Arrive and clock in/out on time; provide sufficient notice for call-outs.
Physical Demands & Working Environment
- Stand or remain stationary for long periods.
- Operate computers and office machinery.
- Lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
- Inspect and observe details at close and long range.
Language & Reasoning Skills
- Read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
