Job summary

Pathfinder Hospitality is seeking a Hotel Breakfast Host to greet guests, set up the buffet, and ensure a warm, platinum-service breakfast experience. This role emphasizes friendly service, quick interactions, and attention to clean, attractive presentation.

You will respond to guest questions, restock items, and help maintain a positive atmosphere during morning service. Our culture rewards accountability, collaboration and growth, with training provided for the right attitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare the breakfast buffet, ensuring all items are fresh and attractively presented.
• Clear and clean used dishes and trays, maintaining a clean breakfast area.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding menu items and dietary needs.
• Replenish buffet items and maintain cleanliness of serving stations throughout breakfast service.
• Refill coffee and beverages to minimize guest wait times.
• Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere through friendly engagement and proactive guest assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and prepare the breakfast buffet, ensuring all food items are fresh, plentiful, and attractively presented.
• Clear and clean used dishes, utensils, and trays promptly and efficiently, maintaining a clean and inviting breakfast area.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding menu items, dietary restrictions, and other breakfast-related needs.
• Replenish buffet items and maintain cleanliness of serving stations throughout the breakfast service.
• Refill coffee pots, juice dispensers, and other beverage containers to avoid guest waiting times.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere through friendly engagement and proactive assistance to guests.

Compensation/Pay:

16.00
