Qualifications

7+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles.
Experience managing production budgets and resources.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proven track record in delivering operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Develop and manage the annual production budget and implement actions to address cost performance.
Drive operational excellence through performance metrics, continuous improvement programs, and lean manufacturing principles.
Identify opportunities to reduce non-value-added activities and optimize working capital.
Ensure on-time delivery with high manufacturing and supplier quality performance.
Oversee manufacturing subcontractors and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and operational requirements.
Lead, coach, and develop production teams to build organizational capability and engagement.
