Green Thumb is hiring a Breakdown Technician in Illinois to break down dried cannabis plants into required formats for processing and flower sales. The role supports post-cultivation activities with emphasis on safety, quality, and adherence to SOPs.
Responsibilities include shucking, sorting, trimming, meeting daily production metrics, and maintaining organized work areas in a highly regulated environment. 21+ and state badge requirements apply.
This Breakdown Technician will be responsible for breaking down the dried cannabis plant into the required formats for processing or flower sales, which supports the post-cultivation activities. Cannabis is a heavily regulated industry; therefore, all employees are required to follow safety and compliance regulations.
The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
Green Thumb Pay Range
$17.50 - $20 USD
