Green Thumb is seeking a breakdown technician to convert dried cannabis plants into processing formats for post-harvest operations. The role requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety and compliance rules in a highly regulated environment.
You will perform shucking, sorting, trimming, and other post-harvest tasks, meet daily production metrics, maintain clean work areas, and support room setup and break-down.
This Breakdown Technician will be responsible for breaking down the dried cannabis plant into the required formats for processing or flower sales, which supports the post-cultivation activities. Cannabis is a heavily regulated industry; therefore, all employees are required to follow safety and compliance regulations.
The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
Green Thumb Pay Range
$17.50 - $20 USD
