Job summary

Aventure Staffing in Winnebago, MN seeks an experienced Break Press Operator to fabricate metal products and read blueprints. You will contribute to quality tanks and leverage a training program to grow welding skills, with a quarterly bonus structure enhancing base pay.

Role offers a Monday–Thursday schedule, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a three-day weekend each week. Prior break press exposure is helpful; company safety training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year break press experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Annual safety training and forklift operation training provided.

Responsibilities

• Requisition raw materials per the prints.
• Review work order and prints with upper team members before starting.
• Build quality products within the set production time standards.
• Complete valued-added production through labor processes and use correct machines.
• Use power and hand tools and special machines to complete projects.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to complete tasks.

SIGN-ON BONUS - Work 3 months- $500, 6 months - $500 and 1 year- $1000

Location: Winnebago, MN Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!)

As an experienced Brake Press Operator, you’ll work with a skilled team to fabricate tanks and other metal products, following blueprints to ensure precision and leak-free results. We value hard work and skill-so we offer quarterly bonuses to reward your performance. A training program may be available for motivated candidates to grow your welding skills even further.

Key Responsibilities

• Requisition raw materials per the prints
• Review work order and prints with upper team members before starting construction of project
• Build quality products within the set production time standards
• Complete valued-added production through the labor processes and understand the correct machines to complete each task
• Use of power tools, hand tools as well as special machines to complete all projects.
• Operate Forklifts and overhead cranes to complete tasks
