Accurate Personnel is hiring a Brake Press Metal Fabricator to join our Indianapolis team. Starting pay is $18/hour with a benefits package and a Monday–Thursday schedule (6:00 AM–4:30 PM).

This temp-to-hire role is located in Indianapolis, IN. Candidates will set up and operate brake press equipment, read blueprints, and fabricate metal components to tight tolerances while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous brake press or metal fabrication experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate brake press machinery.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.
• Bend and form metal components to required dimensions.
• Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Use measuring tools to verify product dimensions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Assist with additional fabrication duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess previous brake press or metal fabrication experience, the ability to read blueprints, and a strong commitment to quality and workplace safety.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $18/hour
