Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking a Break Pack (Box) Sorter for our Grove City, OH warehouse. The role focuses on hand-sorting Break Pack containers by quality, reclaiming customer-owned materials, and meeting production goals while upholding safety standards.

You'll work Tue-Fri, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with competitive pay ($16.50/hour) and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, holidays, 401k/ESOP, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hand-sort Break Pack containers (boxes) based on quality through visual inspection.
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and accuracy.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
