Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a Break Pack (Box) Sorter for its warehouse operations. This hands-on role focuses on visual inspection-based quality sorting, reclaiming customer-owned materials, and meeting production goals while upholding safety standards.

Candidates should be comfortable with pallet jacks, able to lift up to 70 lbs, and have experience in a production warehouse. Training is provided for forklift use, supporting a collaborative, safety-focused team culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Hand-sort Break Pack containers (boxes) based on quality through visual inspection.
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and accuracy.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve PTZ goals.
• Support the team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace; forklift operation as needed with certification.
