Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Wisconsin is seeking a Break Pack (Box) Sorter to join our warehouse operations. This hands-on role focuses on quality sorting, reclaiming customer-owned items, and meeting production goals with safety in mind.

Ideal candidates bring forklift or pallet jack familiarity, can lift up to 70 lbs, and have experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing setting. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience and the ability to operate pallet jacks safely.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hand-sort Break Pack containers based on quality through visual inspection.
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and accuracy.
• Meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols to support PTZ goals.
• Support team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
