Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking a Break Pack (Box) Sorter for our Wisconsin warehouse. This hands-on role supports quality and customer satisfaction by hand-sorting Break Pack containers and reclaiming products with care. Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, with a pay rate of $16/hour.

You will work in a production-based environment, meet daily production goals, and follow safety protocols as part of our PTZ initiative. We offer strong benefits and opportunities for growth within a family-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hand-sort Break Pack containers (boxes) based on quality through visual inspection.
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and accuracy.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
