Job summary

Rehrig Pacific seeks a Break Pack (Box) Sorter in Mount Pleasant, IA, to hand-sort containers by quality and reclaim customer-owned materials. You’ll help meet production goals with safety and quality as top priorities in a fast-paced warehouse.

Training provided for forklift operations; expected lifting up to 70 lbs.; HS diploma or equivalent preferred. Family-oriented team with strong safety culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Hand-sort Break Pack containers (boxes) by quality through visual inspection.
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and accuracy.
• Meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols to support Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support the team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
