Break/Fix Technician- OKC
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (Onsite)
Candidates must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense Secret clearance as a condition and continuation of employment.
This is a long-term, multi-year opportunity for a PC Technician to provide IT hardware support. The role involves working 100% onsite and performing tasks that require physical activity, such as lifting and standing for extended periods. The successful candidate will be responsible for IT service delivery, including break-fix support, troubleshooting, and customer service in a corporate environment.
Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in servicing and deploying computer equipment within a corporate environment is required. A background in IT hardware support and a proven customer service background, including conflict resolution, is necessary.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of the Windows operating system environment is required. Candidates must be able to comprehend and follow verbal and written technical instructions and scripts. CompTIA A+ certification is required.
This role requires the ability to work 100% onsite. The position is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and be on your feet for most of the day.
