Job Description
Onsite Break/Fix technician supporting end users with hardware and software issues or performing installations for user PCs.

Job Profile Summary
Roles in this job family design, solution, deploy, migrate, manage, and change infrastructure services and end-user services across related technologies. This includes, but is not limited to, servers, storage, mainframe, networks, Active Directory, SAP basis, public clouds, private clouds, data center technologies, containers, middleware, databases, modern device management, intelligent collaboration, IT hardware and software asset management services, field services, and technical service desk.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Provide basic technical support in infrastructure services, assisting with routine tasks.
2. Participate in infrastructure projects and tasks to gain hands-on experience and knowledge.
3. Support basic monitoring and routine troubleshooting of infrastructure systems.
4. Work with team members to address infrastructure-related needs and daily operations.
5. Assist in developing and maintaining infrastructure documentation.
6. Show eagerness to learn and grow in a technical role.
7. Develop foundational technical skills and knowledge.
8. Follow established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery under supervision.

Basic Qualifications:

• Entry-level position.
• Typically 0-1 years of relevant work experience.
• A strong desire to gain experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
• A continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology.

Other Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals are a plus.
