Peco Foods, Inc. in West Point, MS is seeking a Process Operations Monitor WP (BREADING) 2nd to perform checks in the poultry processing facility and ensure compliance with company policies.

This full-time, on-site role requires standing for long periods and careful inspection of products. You will report problems to supervisors and QA management as needed, complete required reports to government regulations, and maintain high hygiene standards in line with GMP policies.

Responsabilidades

• Performs various checks in the poultry processing facility
• Reports problems to departmental supervisor. If problems cannot be resolved at departmental level QA management is contacted to resolve the issue.
• Completes the necessary reports and forms to comply with all government regulations and company policies
• Inspects for leaks after rain.
• Maintain the highest possible level of personal hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with plant GMP policies.
• Physically inspect products for both natural occurring and processing defects.
• Natural occurring defects i.e. bruises and blood spots.
• Processing defects would be but not limited to foreign material and out of spec product.
• Identify and report any suspicious or abnormal situations to their immediate supervisor or plant management official.
