Job summary

Responsibilities include plant walkthroughs, identifying abnormal conditions, and maintaining high personal hygiene as per plant policies. This is an on-site, full-time position in Canton, MS.

Qualifications

• Experience performing QA checks in a poultry processing facility.
• Ability to browse plant to detect problems and report findings.
• Follows government regulations and company policies in QA activities.

Responsibilities

• Performs various QA checks (HACCP, Quality, GMP, SSOP, etc.) in the poultry processing facility.
• Browses plant to detect problems and reports them to supervisor.
• Completes necessary reports and forms to comply with government regulations and company policies.
• Performs pre-operational sanitation inspections to ensure cleanliness.
• Inspects for leaks after rain and maintains hygiene per GMP policies.
• Inspects products for natural and processing defects.
