Job summary

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a talented part-time Assistant Bread Baker to join our team and produce artisan, sweet, and seasonal breads made with honest ingredients.

The successful candidate will have a passion for food quality, customer service, and community. You must be at least 18 years old and available for afternoon/evening shifts, starting around 11 am to 7 pm, with a Sunday shift. Training is available.

Qualifications

• Large-scale baking/pastry experience (preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right person!)
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards
• Formal baking/pastry education is a bonus!

Responsibilities

• Assistant Bread Baker role creating artisan, sweet & seasonal breads using honest, whole ingredients
• Be part of a dynamic team delivering consistent quality and customer service
• Bread baking shifts start around 11 am - 7 pm with Sunday shifts; overtime possible during holidays
