Job summary

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center seeks an inaugural BRCA Center Director to steer clinical, research, and fundraising efforts across the BRCA program. You will partner with Department Chairs, Institute Directors, and medical staff to build a nationally recognized center of excellence in BRCA cancers.

The role demands visionary executive leadership, collaborative strategy, and a proven BRCA research and program-development track record, with a capacity to attract top talent and secure extramural

Qualifications

• MD/MD-PhD or equivalent and board certification in relevant field.
• Nationally/internationally recognized BRCA leadership with funding track record.
• Experience designing and scaling BRCA-related programs (clinical/research/education).
• Collaborative leadership setting strategic direction for a cancer center.
• Proven administrative achievement leading interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to inspire diverse stakeholders.
• Accountability for outcomes and risk management in a complex program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a robust BRCA clinical program for patient care.
• Draft and execute a strategic plan to build a nationally recognized center.
• Foster a team science culture across clinical and research activities.
• Facilitate knowledge exchange with national/international communities.
• Lead philanthropic efforts to support and grow the Center.
