Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company in the United States is seeking a highly skilled Brazing Technical Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new employees, ensuring proficiency in safe and standardized brazing techniques. This role reinforces our commitment to quality and safety as part of daily operations.

You will support the Health and Safety culture across the organization, maintain training records, assess trainee performance, and certify program completion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of brazing experience.
• High school diploma or GED; technical brazing or welding certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update engaging training materials covering brazing and safety protocols.
• Deliver hands-on and classroom instruction on brazing theory and safety procedures.
• Assess trainee performance through written and practical tests and certify completion of the program.
• Maintain accurate training records and track trainee progress.
• Stay current with new brazing technologies, materials, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor new employees during onboarding and provide technical guidance.
