Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical schooling a plus.
• 3 to 5 years previous experience in Brazing Processes (or similar).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
• Willing to travel overseas for training.

Responsibilities

• Support the startup and implementation of the Brazing operation.
• During startup, learn the process and help develop local work instructions and standards.
• Actively communicate with Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, etc.
• Train and monitor new production associates on the specified shift and provide feedback.
• Load/unload, operate, adjust, change-over, maintain multiple machines, 5S and troubleshoot.
• Reach daily targets and escalate deviations when required.
