Job summary

Robert Bosch Group in Lincolnton, NC seeks a production operator for brazing on a new line. You will load/unload, operate and adjust multiple machines, set parameters, conduct quality checks and keep equipment clean. You will work with Planning, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality teams to ensure smooth operations.

You will train and monitor new associates, meet daily targets, and stay flexible to cover shifts. Some travel may be required for training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical schooling a plus.
• 3–5 years in metalworking manufacturing; tooling experience preferred.
• Experience with HMI/CNC interfaces and robots.
• Able to learn new processes, machines and technologies.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long shifts.
• Read and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload, operate, adjust, change-over, and maintain multiple machines.
• Set up parameters and perform quality checks; clean and maintain equipment.
• Support 5S practices and assist with troubleshooting/maintenance; follow safety rules.
• Communicate with Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and other departments.
• Train and monitor new production associates on the assigned shift; provide feedback.
• Strive to meet daily targets and adapt to deviations; be flexible to cover different shifts.
